Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that inspires discovery and product trial across makeup, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
- Provide expert product advice and demonstrations, translating brand stories and product benefits into tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales and CRM enrolments by explaining programme benefits and proactively using customer data to personalise interactions.
- Support store visual and operational standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment and tidiness of testing areas.
- Participate in onboarding, ongoing training and cross‑training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and technical skills.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets, contribute to promotional activities and assist with inventory control.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Keen interest in beauty trends, product innovation and the ability to translate knowledge into customer recommendations.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in Australia.

Experience
Entry-level. Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; experience in beauty or cosmetics is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) preferred; tertiary study or certification in beauty, cosmetics or a related field is an advantage.
