Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain responsibility for product display and cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
