Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and solicit client feedback to enhance satisfaction
- Maintain stock availability and execute product replenishment across the sales floor and warehouse
- Support inventory management and prepare products for sale with attention to visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with operational routines and retail key performance indicators
- Execute short services across all departments and support beauty classes and educational operations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of furniture and products on the sales floor
- Operate point-of-sale systems and execute daily cash register functions
- Participate in merchandising updates, conversions, and construction activities
- Monitor conversion rates, items per basket, average basket value, and customer feedback metrics
