Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Sales Associate in Frankfurt am Main, Germany for 10 hours weekly to support retail operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and gather client feedback to enhance satisfaction
- Support team productivity and engagement through collaborative retail operations
- Maintain stock availability and optimize inventory replenishment efficiency
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards
- Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, and average basket value
- Conduct scheduled inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Provide short-service support across all departments and assist with beauty consultation services
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications
- Maintain merchandise organization and assortment standards on the sales floor
- Prepare and stock products for sale throughout the retail environment
- Clean and maintain furniture and product displays on the sales floor
- Support warehouse operations and goods stocking on both warehouse and sales floor
- Assist with merchandising updates, conversions, and construction projects
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash register transactions
- Execute additional daily business tasks as required
