Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalised beauty consultations to understand needs and recommend products and services.
- Drive store sales and conversion through effective advising, upselling and cross-selling aligned with commercial objectives.
- Create memorable customer experiences that foster satisfaction and loyalty, including makeovers, sampling and service rituals.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment to reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale, handle transactions and ensure accurate cash and administrative procedures.
