Sephora Troyes: Beauty Sales Advisor (CDI, 35h) — permanent full-time retail role in Troyes, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, provide personalised consultations and deliver high-quality customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Recommend and demonstrate Sephora products and services tailored to individual needs, driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Sephora’s brand standards and promote wellbeing and beauty discovery.
- Participate actively in store promotions, commercial challenges and events to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stock replenishment and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions accurately and follow company procedures for refunds and exchanges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
- High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetology or beauty is advantageous.
- Strong client-centred attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to convert advice into sales and meet targets.
- Attention to detail, team-oriented mindset and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' retail sales experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; cosmetology/beauty certification is a plus.
Workplace
This position is based in Troyes, Grand Est, France, within easy reach of Paris.
