Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by welcoming clients, delivering personalised product advice and converting consultations into sales.
- Proactively develop sales through tailored recommendations of cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and Sephora services; meet individual and store commercial objectives.

- Maintain high store standards including merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment to reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale, handle transactions accurately and contribute to daily closing tasks and KPI reporting as required.
