Sephora seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor in Thoiry, France (CDD 35h). Advise clients, drive sales and create exceptional in-store experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a frontline ambassador of the brand: welcome clients, deliver personalised product advice and convert consultations into sales.
  • Proactively drive sales and meet individual and store targets through product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling of services.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences by delivering expert demonstrations, beauty services and participation in promotional events and commercial challenges.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing accuracy and store presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cashless and cash transactions, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.

  • Customer-oriented with a strong sense of service and attention to detail.
  • Energetic, responsive and team-focused with a commercial mindset and a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable delivering beauty advice and product demonstrations.
