Sephora seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor in Tarbes, France — permanent full-time (CDI 35h) role advising clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and deliver personalised product advice across makeup, skincare and fragrance to convert consultations into sales.
  • Drive individual and store sales performance by achieving targets, promoting services and participating in commercial initiatives and in-store events.
  • Create an exceptional client experience through refined service, product demonstrations, and by maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising.
  • Support daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, inventory control and visual standards.
  • Contribute to client retention through proactive follow-up, clienteling activities and participation in loyalty programmes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail, preferably within cosmetics or beauty.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with proven selling and clienteling abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and a team-player mindset.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
