Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, deliver personalised product recommendations and convert advice into sales to achieve individual and store targets.
- Develop client relationships and loyalty through follow-up, clienteling and exceptional in-store service.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to inform and inspire clients.
- Contribute to the in-store customer experience by participating in merchandising, promotional activations and commercial challenges.
- Ensure store presentation standards, assist with stock replenishment and operate the point-of-sale when required.
