Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by welcoming customers, delivering personalised advice and converting consultations into sales.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by recommending appropriate Sephora products and services, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Create memorable in‑store experiences that reflect Sephora’s standards of service and well‑being, participating in promotional events and commercial challenges.
- Ensure merchandising standards, visual presentation and stock replenishment are maintained on the sales floor.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately and assist with routine housekeeping tasks to keep the boutique in premium condition.
