Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and beauty goals.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with trends, product launches and application techniques to maintain credibility and client trust.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and repeat-client development.
- Support inventory management, merchandising standards and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organised store environment.
