Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador by welcoming clients, delivering personalised consultations and cultivating loyalty.
  • Drive sales and achieve commercial objectives through targeted product and service recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice on makeup, skincare and fragrance, demonstrating product usage and benefits.
  • Orchestrate memorable in‑store experiences that reflect Sephora’s service standards and participate in promotions and store events.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, ensure stock replenishment and process accurate point‑of‑sale transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
