Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by welcoming clients, delivering personalised consultations and cultivating loyalty.
- Drive sales and achieve commercial objectives through targeted product and service recommendations.
- Provide expert advice on makeup, skincare and fragrance, demonstrating product usage and benefits.
- Orchestrate memorable in‑store experiences that reflect Sephora’s service standards and participate in promotions and store events.
- Maintain merchandising standards, ensure stock replenishment and process accurate point‑of‑sale transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercially driven with the ability to convert client advice into sales and meet targets.
- Energetic, attentive to detail, resilient and a collaborative team player.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and legal right to work in France.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail or beauty-sector experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational training in beauty or cosmetics is a plus.
