Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by welcoming, advising and building lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty.
- Develop sales through tailored product and service recommendations (makeup, skincare, fragrance and in-store services).
- Create memorable client experiences that convey well-being and excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Participate in in-store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product availability and support stock management and replenishment.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and complete sales transactions in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail or beauty sales.
- Demonstrated ability to convert customer advice into sales and meet commercial objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible availability to cover retail operating hours, including weekends and peak promotional periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or fragrance environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetology/beauty retail are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
