Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador by welcoming, advising and building lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty.
  • Develop sales through tailored product and service recommendations (makeup, skincare, fragrance and in-store services).
  • Create memorable client experiences that convey well-being and excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
  • Participate in in-store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product availability and support stock management and replenishment.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and complete sales transactions in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail or beauty sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert customer advice into sales and meet commercial objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible availability to cover retail operating hours, including weekends and peak promotional periods.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or fragrance environments.
