Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with authentic, attentive service tailored to individual beauty needs
- Recommend and sell Sephora products and services aligned with client preferences and skin profiles
- Develop in-store sales performance by executing product launches and commercial challenges
- Participate in in-store events and animations that create moments of beauty and well-being
- Build lasting customer relationships and loyalty through expert product knowledge and personalized guidance

Qualifications
- Minimum BAC+2 (French higher education diploma level)
- Professional certification in specialized point-of-sale advisory (RNCP Level IV/Baccalaureate level)
- Fluency in French (required for client-facing role)
