Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand: welcome, advise and build lasting relationships with customers to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop store sales by recommending products and Sephora services tailored to individual client needs and converting advice into purchase.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by creating moments of wellbeing and personalised service during consultations and product demonstrations.
- Support store commercial initiatives: participate in promotional events, in-store animations and sales challenges to meet targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product availability and assist with stock replenishment and point-of-sale operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service orientation with a flair for personalised beauty advice and clienteling.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and responsive with close attention to detail and a professional presentation.
- Collaborative team player with a commercial mindset and motivation to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Flexible availability to cover store hours and participate in events; ability to work a 35-hour weekly schedule on a fixed-term contract.

Experience
Entry-level — beginners are welcome. Previous retail or cosmetics/beauty sales experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
