Sephora in Les Sables-d'Olonne seeks a part-time (14h) Beauty Sales Advisor — entry-level retail role focused on customer experience and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Sephora: welcome customers, provide personalised advice and cultivate long-term loyalty.
- Drive sales by recommending appropriate Sephora products and services based on client needs and preferences.
- Create memorable, high-quality customer experiences that reflect the brand’s service standards and contribute to repeat business.
- Support in-store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to achieve individual and store targets.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising, stock presentation and product knowledge on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service orientation with a natural ability to build rapport and instill confidence.
- Commercial mindset with demonstrable interest in converting advice into sales.
- Energetic, attentive to detail and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule of approximately 14 hours per week (CDI).
- Willingness to learn product ranges and participate in training and internal development programmes.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role. No prior professional experience is strictly required; previous retail or beauty experience is an advantage and welcomed.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in beauty or cosmetics is a plus.
