Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and deliver personalised beauty advice to convert interactions into sales and long-term loyalty.
  • Recommend products and services tailored to client needs, proactively driving add‑ons and upsells to achieve store targets.
  • Create memorable in‑store experiences through product demonstrations, make‑up applications and attentive service.
  • Take part in store promotions, events and commercial challenges, contributing to a high‑performance sales culture.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product availability, manage stock rotation and support inventory processes.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale, handle transactions accurately and follow loss‑prevention and hygiene procedures.

Qualifications

  • Customer‑centric attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, proactive and attentive to detail; comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Team player with a commercial mindset and a demonstrable ability to meet sales objectives.
  • Flexible availability to cover peak trading hours, weekends and promotional events.
  • Legal right to work in France.

Experience
