Sephora seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor in Clamart, France (full-time) to deliver expert client advice and drive in-store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador for the Sephora brand by welcoming customers, delivering personalised product advice and converting consultations into sales.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and in‑store hospitality to maximise customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting Sephora products and services, participating in promotional campaigns and retail activations.
  • Create memorable retail experiences through professional product demonstrations, makeup/skincare advice and attentive service that reinforce brand positioning.
  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, point-of-sale transactions and maintaining presentation standards.
