Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and ingredient/usage explanations.
- Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through effective conversion, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain store presentation: merchandising, inventory replenishment and upkeep of a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and seasonal assortments to provide relevant advice.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards, and contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge; quick to learn new techniques and SKUs.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to perform retail tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and deliver measurable sales results is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-related certification is a plus but not required.
