Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver personalised beauty consultations to recommend products and services that meet individual needs.
- Drive store sales and KPI performance through proactive clienteling, cross-sell and upsell techniques.
- Create memorable, high-quality in-store experiences that build loyalty and enhance the brand’s image.
- Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to maximise conversion.
- Maintain product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance ranges and support visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or selective retail environments.
- Strong commercial orientation with a proven ability to convert advice into sales and achieve targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; service-focused with attention to detail.
- Team player who is dynamic, enthusiastic and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent product knowledge and the ability to learn and apply new beauty techniques; cosmetology or beauty certifications a plus.

Minimum 3 years of practical retail or beauty sales experience, ideally within a prestige or selective retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics/beauty is advantageous.
