Sephora Boston (Newbury Street) hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to deliver consultative beauty services and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare categories.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain deep, up-to-date product knowledge and share application techniques, trends and brand stories with clients.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s service, safety and operational standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and educating clients to build confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product knowledge and new techniques.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks.

Experience
