Sephora Besançon — Beauty Sales Advisor (CDD 35H): Fixed-term on-site role delivering exceptional client advice and driving sales in cosmetics and skincare.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by delivering warm, personalised client welcome and expert product advice across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Drive sales and basket value through consultative selling, product demonstrations and tailored recommendations to meet client needs.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty, participating in brand activations and commercial challenges.
- Contribute to store merchandising standards and presentation to reflect Sephora’s visual identity and to optimise product sell-through.
- Collaborate closely with the store team to achieve daily and weekly commercial objectives and maintain stock/planogram accuracy.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused demeanour with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially driven, able to convert client consultations into sales while respecting brand standards.
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and responds well to short-term objectives and promotions.
- Interest in beauty, cosmetics and trends; prior product knowledge or formal beauty training is advantageous but not mandatory.

Entry-level position. No prior professional experience is required though previous exposure to beauty retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or beauty is a plus.
