Sephora in Auxerre seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor (CDD 35h). Join the team to advise clients, drive sales and create exceptional in-store experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, deliver personalized beauty consultations and convert advice into sales through expert product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively promoting Sephora products and services, including promotions and in-store events.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Sephora’s brand standards of service and hospitality.
  • Support merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards to preserve the boutique presentation.
  • Operate POS, manage transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
  • Participate in team briefings, commercial initiatives and training; contribute to a collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-service orientation with proven ability to advise and influence purchase decisions.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and attentive to detail; comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work effectively within a team.
  • Availability to work on site under a fixed-term contract (CDD) at 35 hours per week, including retail hours and weekend shifts.

Experience
