Sephora — Annecy: Beauty Sales Advisor (CDI 35h). Customer-focused role with fixed salary plus attractive variable bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by welcoming customers, delivering personalised consultations and building long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales performance by recommending products and services tailored to client needs and meeting individual and store targets.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Sephora’s standards of service and hospitality, including participating in promotional events and commercial initiatives.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and stock levels to ensure a premium shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately, follow store procedures and contribute to daily store operations and commercial reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with strong consultation and selling skills.
- Energetic, attentive to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Team player with commercial mindset and ability to adapt to merchandising and promotional activities.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ retail sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail environments.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); vocational training or certifications in cosmetics/beauty retail are a plus.
Workplace
This position is based in Annecy, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, within easy reach of Geneva.
