Sephora in Annecy seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor (CDD 35h). Fixed‑term full‑time retail role for an experienced beauty sales professional.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, deliver personalised product advice and convert consultations into sales to meet individual and store targets.
- Develop client relationships and loyalty through follow‑up, product recommendations and promotion of Sephora services.
- Create memorable, high‑quality in‑store experiences that reflect Sephora’s brand standards of service and wellbeing.
- Participate actively in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to drive traffic and revenue.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are accurate and stock is replenished.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, handle transactions and ensure compliance with store policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ retail sales experience, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
- Proven client‑facing skills with an exceptional sense of customer service and strong commercial orientation.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and attentive to detail with the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
- Team player who contributes to a collaborative, high‑energy store culture.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the fixed‑term contract (CDD).
