Sephora — Beauty Sales Advisor (CDD 35h) in Angers. Client-facing retail role with fixed + variable pay, joining a dynamic beauty retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for Sephora by welcoming customers, delivering personalised product advice and building lasting client relationships.
- Drive store sales by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to each customer’s needs and converting consultations into purchases.
- Create an exceptional in-store experience that promotes well-being and delight, participating in promotional events and commercial challenges.
- Support store merchandising and visual presentation to maintain an inspiring and shoppable environment.
- Collaborate with team members to reach collective sales objectives and contribute to a positive retail atmosphere.
