Sephora Amiens seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor (part-time CDD, 10 hrs/week). Advise clients, drive sales and create exceptional in-store beauty experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalised welcome and professional beauty advice to customers, cultivating long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to client needs, and by converting consultations into transactions.
- Create memorable in-store experiences through product demonstrations, makeovers and expert consultations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support and activate commercial initiatives, in-store promotions and sales challenges to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, assist with stock replenishment and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately and follow company policies on returns, hygiene and safety.
Qualifications
- Customer-oriented with a demonstrable passion for beauty, makeup or skincare.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and attentive to detail with strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a commercial mindset and the ability to meet sales targets.
- Right to work in France and availability for the specified part-time schedule (10 hours/week, fixed-term).

Entry-level — no prior professional experience required. Previous retail or beauty experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
No formal tertiary degree required; secondary education (Baccalaureate or equivalent) preferred.
