Sephora in Albuquerque seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (Flex) — $18–$20.50/hr — deliver personalised consultations and product expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients with relevant techniques and routines.
  • Maintain awareness of current beauty trends and new product launches to provide fresh, informed advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support visual merchandising, inventory tasks and ensure the store remains clean, organised and inviting.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented culture and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrable customer service skills.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and a strong desire to empower client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
  • Reliable availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for a Flex schedule.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctuality and consistent attendance.

Experience
