Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain stock availability and efficiently replenish merchandise across the sales floor and warehouse
- Execute visual merchandising specifications to ensure optimal product presentation and retail standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash register transactions
- Perform inventory counts and monitor key retail performance indicators including conversion rate, average basket value, and customer engagement metrics
- Support beauty consultations and services across all departments
