Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and actively solicit customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain stock availability and execute efficient merchandise replenishment across all departments
- Support beauty classes and short-form beauty services delivered throughout the store
- Ensure product presentation adheres to visual merchandising specifications and brand standards
- Maintain sales floor cleanliness, product condition, and accurate product pricing
- Assist with inventory cycles, merchandise conversion, and visual merchandising updates
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
