Sephora UK seeks a Beauty Floor Supervisor in Belfast to lead teams, oversee store operations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver personalised customer service, artistry and product advice that reflect Sephora’s service behaviours.
- Enable ongoing training and development across makeup, skincare, fragrance and selling skills through SEPHORA University and on‑the‑floor coaching.
- Drive commercial performance by monitoring KPIs, analysing sales trends and mobilising the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage day‑to‑day employee relations including attendance, performance conversations and disciplinary processes with professionalism.
- Own operational excellence: oversee stockroom and sales floor standards, deliveries, replenishment, stock audits, loss prevention and cash handling.
- Operate and oversee appointment and diagnostic platforms (Booxi, My Skin Diag), scheduling and Beauty Hub activations to ensure service excellence.
- Support visual merchandising updates, seasonal rollouts and brand activations to maximise discovery and conversion.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to protect brand reputation and foster loyalty.
- Assist with new store opening tasks such as unboxing, organising and preparing stock where required.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in retail, with direct oversight of floor, stock or cash operations.
- Demonstrable experience managing employee relations processes (attendance, performance management, disciplinary steps).
- Commercially minded with a track record of meeting sales targets and using KPI data to drive performance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
- Organisational resilience with strong time‑management and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required by retail trading patterns.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility overseeing floor operations, stock and/or cash; experience driving sales performance and handling employee relations is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/beauty‑related qualifications and accredited training in sales or management are desirable.
