Sephora Beauty Expert - Stock Room position in Zürich on 60% part-time contract, starting November 2026. Requires 3 years retail experience and beauty training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively support and advise customers across all departments including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance
- Share product knowledge, industry trends, and emerging beauty innovations with the sales team
- Ensure product presentation adheres to visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Maintain full stock levels on the sales floor and prepare products for retail display
- Manage inventory and replenishment of goods in both warehouse and retail environments
Qualifications
- Completed formal training in beauty retail or a related field (minimum 6 months duration)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, customer consultation, and beauty product categories
- Mature experience in retail environments with demonstrated customer service excellence
- In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry and current market trends
- Fluent English or native-level proficiency in the host country's language
