Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active customer support and consultation across all beauty departments (makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance)
- Share product knowledge, beauty trends, and category updates with the sales team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation across the store
- Ensure complete stock coverage on sales floors and prepare products for retail display
- Manage inventory operations including stock rotation, replenishment, and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- Completed formal training in cosmetics/beauty retail (minimum 6 months)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in beauty retail or stock operations
- Mature experience in retail customer service and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry practices, product categories, and current trends
- Fluent English or German (mother tongue of Switzerland); additional languages an asset
