The Beauty Consultant recommends cosmetics, achieves sales targets, builds client relationships in line with Sephora Attitude and maintains product displays. The role is full-time under an indefinite-term contract at Magnolia Wrocław, with availability required for 2–3 selected Saturdays and commercial Sundays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each client's needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build client relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishing stock on shelves.
Qualifications
- Builds rapport easily with clients.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works effectively in a team and pursues team goals.
- Has experience in sales or customer service.
- Is fully available to work, particularly on 2–3 selected Saturdays and on commercial Sundays.
- Communicative knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
