Sephora is hiring a Beauty Consultant for a part-time, half-time position on a permanent contract at Wrocław Korona. The role focuses on personalised cosmetics recommendations, sales targets, customer relationships and product presentation; availability for 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each customer’s needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and shelf replenishment.
Qualifications
- Able to build customer relationships easily.
- Knowledgeable about and interested in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Able to work as part of a team and pursue team goals.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Fully available to work, particularly on 2–3 selected Saturdays and on trading Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
