Sephora seeks a Beauty Consultant (part-time, 3/4 FTE) for its Ikea Bielany location in Wrocław. The role combines personalized product consultation, active sales achievement, and customer relationship building within Sephora's premium beauty retail environment. The consultant will engage clients in makeup selection based on individual needs, maintain product displays, and uphold the brand's service standards while supporting team sales objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetic products tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Actively pursue sales targets and drive revenue through consultative selling
- Build lasting customer relationships through attentive service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness and adequate stock replenishment on shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales and service goals
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation initiatives
Qualifications
- Customer relationship-building aptitude and genuine interest in beauty
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends
- Demonstrated sales or customer service experience
- Makeup application skills (preferred)
- Fluent English communication ability (preferred)
