Sephora Beauty Consultant in Wrocław, Poland. Full-time, on-site retail role selling luxury cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend and select cosmetic products tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve established sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude values
- Maintain product displays, stock rotation, and visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to meet collective sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics trends, and product discovery
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Full schedule flexibility, including availability for weekend and holiday retail hours
- English language proficiency at conversational level (preferred)
- Professional makeup application skills (preferred)

Experience
Entry-level candidates with or without prior retail or beauty industry experience are encouraged to apply. Previous customer service or cosmetics sales experience is advantageous but not required for motivated individuals.
