Sephora seeks a Beauty Consultant in Wroclaw (Wroclavia) — full-time in-store role advising clients, driving sales and maintaining product presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection tailored to individual needs and preferences, including skincare and color cosmetics
- Drive active selling to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships by delivering service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain merchandising standards: ensure visual presentation, cleanliness and shelf replenishment
- Participate in store routines including stock handling, promotions and team briefings; work assigned weekend shifts (including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays)
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail or sales; prior beauty retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and repeat business
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry and current product/trend knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective sales objectives
- Full availability for store hours, including selected Saturdays and trade Sundays

Entry-level role; previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Practical experience in makeup application is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
