Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and application methods to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely recommendations
- Drive sales performance by exceeding assigned targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support merchandising activities to ensure the store environment remains organized, clean, and visually appealing

Qualifications
