Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and innovations to provide relevant and timely recommendations
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators established by the store
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and ensure the retail environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and collaborate effectively with team members
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards by following company policies and contributing to a safe, secure shopping experience
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability, including peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated excellence in client relationships
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
