Sephora is hiring a full-time Beauty Consultant for its Złote Tarasy location in Warsaw on an indefinite-term contract. The role focuses on tailored cosmetics recommendations, sales targets, client relationships and product presentation; full availability is required, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each client's needs.
- Actively sell products and achieve sales targets.
- Build client relationships through service aligned with the Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishing shelves.
Qualifications
- Builds relationships easily with clients.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products, and current trends.
- Works effectively in a team and strives to achieve team goals.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Full availability for work, particularly on 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
