Sephora is seeking a full-time Beauty Consultant for its Sadyba location in Warsaw on a permanent, on-site contract. The role covers personalised cosmetics recommendations, active selling, customer relationship-building in line with Sephora Attitude, and product-display upkeep; selected Saturday and trading-Sunday availability is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each customer’s needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishing shelf stock.
Qualifications
- Builds customer relationships with ease.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works well in a team and strives to achieve team goals.
- Has experience in sales or customer service.
- Is fully available to work, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
