Sephora seeks a Beauty Consultant to deliver personalized cosmetics guidance and drive sales at the Westfield Mokotów location in Warsaw. The role entails selecting appropriate products based on customer needs, executing active sales strategies to meet targets, and maintaining a premium retail environment through attentive merchandise presentation and customer relationship building in line with Sephora's brand values.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetics products tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Execute active sales techniques and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness, and replenish inventory on retail shelves
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support collective performance goals
- Support store operations and customer experience during peak trading periods
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ease in building rapport with customers
- Knowledge of beauty products and genuine interest in the cosmetics industry
- Familiarity with emerging beauty trends and product innovations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Full flexibility for retail scheduling, including select Saturdays and Sunday trading hours
- English language proficiency at conversational level (preferred)
- Makeup application experience (preferred)

Experience
Entry-level candidates with retail or customer service experience are encouraged to apply; prior beauty retail or cosmetics sales experience is valued but not required.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further beauty, cosmetics, or retail certifications are advantageous.
