Sephora Beauty Consultant (Part-Time) in Warsaw, Poland – Retail sales and beauty consultation role with flexible weekend availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select appropriate cosmetics and skincare products based on individual client needs and preferences
- Execute active sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets in a retail environment
- Build lasting client relationships through service excellence aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product displays, stock rotation, shelf cleanliness, and merchandise replenishment
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on beauty trends and new product innovations
- Collaborate effectively with team members toward collective sales and service goals
- Maintain availability for weekend and Sunday retail trading hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
- Genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics, and emerging skincare trends
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to collective performance
- Flexibility to work weekends and Sunday trading hours (2–3 days weekly)
