Beauty Consultant position at Sephora Warsaw (3/4 time); active sales, client relationships, and retail support in luxury cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend appropriate cosmetic products tailored to individual customer needs and skin types
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships through attentive, consultative service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product presentation standards, including shelf stocking, inventory accuracy, and visual clarity
- Collaborate with team members to meet collective performance goals
Qualifications
- Fluent interpersonal skills and natural ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and cosmetic categories
- Demonstrated sales or customer service experience
- Availability for weekend and holiday retail hours, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to shared objectives
