Sephora seeks a Beauty Consultant at Sadyba Warsaw; full-time on-site role with flexible scheduling including weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend appropriate cosmetics tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets through consultative selling
- Build and nurture client relationships through exceptional service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness, stock replenishment, and visual appeal on sales floor
- Stay current with beauty trends, product innovations, and brand offerings to provide informed recommendations
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current industry trends
- Proven customer service or sales experience in a retail or luxury environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to collaborative goals and collective success
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including select Saturdays and Sunday trading hours
- English language proficiency at conversational level preferred
- Makeup application experience highly valued

Entry-level or beginner-level retail or customer service experience is acceptable; sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is advantageous but not required.
Education
