Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend and sell cosmetic products aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Actively pursue sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
- Build and nurture client relationships through attentive, consultative service in line with Sephora brand standards
- Maintain pristine product displays, organize shelving, replenish inventory, and ensure optimal presentation
- Engage in continuous product education to stay current with beauty trends and innovations
- Support team objectives through collaborative engagement and flexibility during peak trading periods
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
